Our COVID-19 reponse
Hyundai's Online Showroom
Due to the current environment, we understand that many customers may be hesitant to physically view the Hyundai of their choice. Using smartphone technology we have found a solution and are excited to provide the opportunity to experience your desired Hyundai from the comfort and convenience of your own home.
Staying safe at work is our number one priority which is why we have adapted our Online Showroom with stringent safety measures that exceed official requirements to ensure the welfare of our Hyundai Specialists whilst working.
24/7 Roadside Assistance
Our 24/7 Roadside Assistance service is 100% operational at all alert levels with special care taken towards the safety of you and our technicians. If you require Roadside Assistance, please call us on 0800 HYUNDAI (498 632).
Tips on keeping your Hyundai healthy when it's not being used
As a result of the COVID-19 restrictions, your Hyundai vehicle may see a reduction in usage.
Here are a few handy tips and recommended periodic checks to ensure when these restrictions are relaxed, your vehicle operates as normal and maintains its appearance.
We’re here to help
- Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 7:30 pm
- Saturday and Sunday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
We are available to assist with every request, no matter how big or small, as quickly as we can. That’s the New Zealand way of doing things, and it’s our way too.
As a 100% New Zealand owned company, we are local, so like you, our business and our people are feeling the impact too. It’s times like these that we all need to work together and support each other like Kiwis do when times get tough. We encourage you to take care of yourselves, your family and your wider community during this time.
